By accessing or using NudgeBill ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
NudgeBill is an automated invoice reminder service for freelancers. It sends scheduled email reminders to your clients on your behalf to follow up on unpaid invoices. The Service also provides optional online payment collection through Stripe.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoice information you enter, including client details, amounts, and due dates. NudgeBill sends reminders based on the information you provide. We are not responsible for disputes between you and your clients regarding invoices.
The free plan includes limited features. The Pro plan requires a paid subscription billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Client payments on invoices are processed by Stripe and transferred directly to your connected Stripe account. NudgeBill does not hold or manage client payment funds.
To accept payments from clients through NudgeBill, you must connect a Stripe account. By doing so, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. NudgeBill is not responsible for Stripe's processing of payments, fees, or fund transfers.
While we make reasonable efforts to deliver reminder emails, we do not guarantee delivery. Emails may be delayed, filtered, or blocked by the recipient's email provider. NudgeBill is not liable for non-delivery of emails.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by NudgeBill. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
NudgeBill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NudgeBill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or failure to collect payments.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at support@nudgebill.com.
